 Wallin Hotel opened in 1993. Guests will find the Wallin Hotel quietly situated on Wallingatan Street, a side street off Drottninggatan a busy city street in Stockholm. The Wallin Hotel is located close to Stockholm's central station, ensuring guests will get the most out of the attractions, sights and sounds of Stockholm. The hotel has 160 well-equipped and great value rooms in various sizes.

 The Hotel offers guest accommodations within 100 rooms in the former office block at Wallingatan 15. The hotel has since been expanded in gradual stages. In 2000, 22 new business rooms were built on the fourth floor and in 2002, 27 new business rooms were built on the roof terrace of Folkets Hus. These rooms are called the Markelius rooms. In 2002, the hotel re-modelled its lobby and restaurant, Wallins Bar & Matsal.
